This policy covers the PUNCHIVA game, including its Meta Quest edition. PUNCHIVA is a single-player game. It does not provide public photo sharing, player messaging or an account hosted by Dudiver.

Photos and camera. If you choose the personalized character, the game reads the image you select or captures an image after you request camera access. It processes the image on your device to crop and display it on the character. The portrait, app captures and temporary import/thumbnail files can remain in the app's local storage or cache. Dudiver does not automatically upload these images to a server, use them for facial identification, or send them to an AI training or image-generation service. Only use images you have permission to use. You can play without providing a photo or camera permission.

Microphone. When enabled, microphone input is processed locally to measure volume for the scream/fury mechanic and calibration. The game does not save spoken audio files or automatically transmit microphone audio to Dudiver. This feature can be disabled.

VR interaction and local saves. Headset/controller pose and input are processed to render the game, move hands, grab objects and calculate impacts. Progress, settings, records, purchases cached for offline access and the used character trial are stored locally. Bounded local diagnostic logs record frame timings, technical information and gameplay/tracking events to investigate faults. They are not automatically uploaded to Dudiver.

Meta services and purchases. The Meta Quest edition communicates with Meta to initialize platform services, check app access, obtain the logged-in platform user ID, retrieve products, complete checkout and restore purchases. The game stores a hash of the platform user ID to separate its local purchase cache by account. Meta processes account, payment, network and platform-service information under its own policies; Dudiver does not receive your payment card details. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Website. At punchiva.dudiver.net, the web server processes connection/request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps to deliver the pages and investigate security or technical problems. This website does not embed advertising or analytics trackers. It stores your chosen language locally in your browser. Technical server logs may be retained as needed for operations, security or legal obligations.

Support and sharing. If you email support or voluntarily send diagnostic files, we receive the information you send and use it to answer the request and investigate the issue. Please exclude photos or other personal information unless needed. PUNCHIVA has no advertising network integration and does not sell your photos or microphone input to advertisers. Device/OS backups and store transaction records are controlled by the relevant platform, not solely by the game's local delete button.

Retention and deletion. The in-game portrait removal control removes the active character portrait; it may not remove earlier app captures, temporary imports or thumbnails. To remove all app-local saves, images, cache and diagnostics, clear the app's storage through the device's app settings. This also resets local progress and trial state. Images originally selected from your own gallery are separate and must be deleted in that gallery if desired. Store purchases and platform-managed backups may remain with Meta. For access, correction, deletion of information you sent to support, or help deleting local data, email soporte@dudiver.net, subject PUNCHIVA privacy. We may request the minimum information needed to identify your request; do not send passwords or payment card details.

We do not intentionally seek personal information from children. Access remains subject to the age classification and platform account rules. Changes to this policy will be dated and published here; earlier versions are retained in the publication history.

Esta política cubre PUNCHIVA, incluida su edición para Meta Quest. Es un juego de un jugador: no ofrece publicación de fotos, mensajería entre jugadores ni una cuenta alojada por Dudiver.

Fotos y cámara. Al crear un personaje personalizado, se procesa en el dispositivo la imagen elegida o capturada para recortarla y mostrarla en el muñeco. El retrato, capturas de la app e importaciones y miniaturas temporales pueden permanecer en el almacenamiento o caché local. No se suben automáticamente a servidores de Dudiver, no se utilizan para identificar personas ni se envían a servicios de entrenamiento o generación de IA. Usá imágenes que tengas permiso para utilizar. La foto y la cámara son opcionales.

Micrófono. Si lo activás, se mide localmente su volumen para calibración y la mecánica de grito/furia. El juego no guarda archivos de tu voz ni transmite automáticamente ese audio a Dudiver. Podés desactivarlo.

Interacción VR y guardados. Se procesan las posiciones y entradas del visor y los mandos para representar la escena, manos, agarres e impactos. La partida, preferencias, récords, prueba de personaje y caché de compras se guardan localmente. Los registros locales de diagnóstico contienen tiempos de cuadros, información técnica y eventos de juego/seguimiento para investigar errores; no se envían automáticamente a Dudiver.

Servicios de Meta. La edición Quest se comunica con Meta para comprobar acceso a la app, obtener el identificador de usuario, consultar productos, realizar compras y restaurarlas. Se guarda un hash de ese identificador para separar la caché de compras por cuenta. Meta procesa datos de cuenta, pago, red y plataforma según sus propias políticas; Dudiver no recibe el número de tu tarjeta. Consultá la política de Meta.

Esta web. En punchiva.dudiver.net, el servidor procesa información de conexión y solicitudes, como IP, navegador, URL y fecha, para entregar las páginas e investigar problemas técnicos o de seguridad. No integra rastreadores de anuncios ni analítica. El idioma elegido se guarda localmente en tu navegador. Los registros técnicos pueden conservarse según las necesidades operativas, de seguridad u obligaciones legales.

Soporte y conservación. Si escribís a soporte o enviás registros voluntariamente, usamos lo que envíes para responder e investigar el problema. Evitá adjuntar fotos u otros datos personales innecesarios. PUNCHIVA no integra redes de anuncios ni vende tus fotos o audio a anunciantes. Las copias del sistema y los registros de compras dependen también de la plataforma.

Eliminación y derechos. Quitar el retrato dentro del juego elimina el retrato activo, pero puede dejar capturas anteriores, importaciones y miniaturas. Para eliminar todos los datos locales de la app, borrá su almacenamiento desde los ajustes de aplicaciones del dispositivo; también se reinician progreso y prueba local. Los originales de tu galería se eliminan por separado. Compras y copias administradas por Meta pueden conservarse allí. Para solicitar acceso, corrección o eliminación de datos enviados a soporte, o ayuda para borrar datos locales, escribí a soporte@dudiver.net con asunto Privacidad PUNCHIVA. No envíes contraseñas ni datos de tarjeta.

No buscamos intencionalmente datos personales de niños. Se aplican la clasificación de edad y las reglas de cuenta de la plataforma. Las modificaciones se fecharán y publicarán aquí, conservando versiones anteriores en el historial.
